The Willough Collection Day in the Life

Day In the Life at Willough Collection

I want to talk about what a day in the life at the bed and breakfast might look like for us as owner-operators and how it would positively impact our community.

So, somebody staying with us or families across the park might want to come and get a grab-and-go breakfast. Maybe we start that as early as 7:30 in the morning, and it goes up to when breakfast service ends, which for us might be—maybe we stop selling at like 11:00.

The other thing that can happen is Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Imagine, from 2:00 to 4:00, having afternoon tea. Guests that are in residence want to take advantage of this afternoon tea offering. That's 2:00 to 4:00. So, we've got a grab-and-go breakfast.

In addition, from 4:30 to 10:00—we'll shut down at 10:00 p.m.—we'll have maybe a little live music. We want to have light bites. We want to partner with some pretty special people in our community who are other restaurateurs, also having some great cocktails, mocktails, and choices for our public to come in and enjoy. It's not just for the guests that are in residence with us
